A student-led movement for change
Beating The Blues (BTB) was founded with roots in Bangladesh and a vision that no student should face mental health challenges alone. We operate fully remotely, driven by passionate young people who believe mental health awareness can change lives.
With a growing team of 20+ core members, 2 department heads, and over 50 active volunteers, BTB serves youth communities globally through education, research, and community engagement.

Beating the Blues was created to support the youth and students navigating the challenges of adolescence. My goal is to reduce stigma, promote mental well-being, and provide a sense of community to the youth!
Student life is a huge balancing act of identity, pressure, and constant change. By advocating for student mental health, I hope to help break the stigma against it and build a culture where seeking support is always seen as a strength.
